Joesph was born and raised in the Tanimi Desesert (Northern Territory)
The environment was a major contributor to Joe's acute sense of hearing, his love of music and language. He speaks with passion of his love and the synergy of language, music and mathematics.
Interdisciplinary thinking, creativity and problem solving led ot the development the Phonetic Code and the Prediodic Table of Languages.
