Breakthrough Technology

The English Phonetic (EP) Code is a revolutionary breakthrough. It allows not only programs of reading and speaking to be developed so that a child of 5 years of age, from any culture, can learn the 4 colour code and within weeks be reading and speaking English and, by seven years of age, reading at an adult level, but also used to document and record in perpetuity common and endangered languages.

The English Reading and Speaking program is 100% phonetically, visually displaying without guess work the precise phonetic break down for every word. It enables learners to clearly see and read aloud every word in the English language. Students will be able to read, with perfect pronunciation any word, even if they have never seen the word before.

The EP Code has been generated through the scientifically precise P.E.R.I.O.D.I.C Table of English: an exact science: a reading revolution. It is as critical and precise as the Morse code to communication and the DNA blueprint to genetics. The single rule is a 4 colour code and number system which is summarised as follows;

  • MAGENTA: letters are vowel sounds which are numbered 1 to 22
  • BLACK: letters are consonants, sounded phonetically as written
  • BLUE: consonants which are 'sound switched” (pronounced using the letter written above them)
  • YELLOW letters are SILENT

The Package

The English Reading and Speaking product has been packaged using system and school design thinking and methodology. It has a foundation a pedagogy based upon direct and explicit teaching, accommodates the breadth of talents and abilities of teachers from the most proficient through to the self-taught, motivated learners and uses modern learning practices and influences, to maximise the learning performance of students.

Distribution Design

Strong consideration has been made for a cloud service accessibility and distribution framework. Other transition methods such as encrypted discs and USB, would also be available to ensure equitable access to all learners

System Thinking

To empower performance, ownership and accountability the Reading and Speaking package will be personalised to each state’s jurisdiction through using existing local teachers to role model key lessons and content.
